Responsibilities

• Continually improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes
• Lead the planning, organizing, and directing the production and scheduling operations to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and quality
• Lead plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
• Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Hershey’s Salty Snacks strategic initiatives
• Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume
