Production Manager

The Production Manager leads daily manufacturing operations across three core departments—Straws, Kitting & Packaging, and Injection Molding—within a fast‑paced food packaging and plastics environment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role oversees shift supervisors and maintenance staff, drives safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement, and ensures production goals and customer demands are met.
