Production Manager

The Production Manager oversees all operational aspects of hot and cold food production at the Cook Chill Food Production Center, ensuring strict adherence to HACCP principles, Advanced Food Safety protocols, and Ministry regulatory requirements. This role involves managing production inventory, optimizing staffing and workflow efficiency, and maintaining consistent compliance to ensure the safe and reliable production of high-quality food products. The position requires leading production staff through performance monitoring, coaching, and enforcing workplace Health & Safety standards.
