Production Manager

The Production Manager leads day-to-day manufacturing execution to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production operations. This role partners with Line Managers and the Operations Systems Manager to achieve key goals for safety, quality, throughput, and cost while building an engaged team through visible floor leadership and continuous improvement. The position requires strong administrative oversight and active employee engagement to support consistent results for customers.
