Production Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator provides administrative, analytical, and systems support to the Plant Director and Sr. Operations Manager, serving as a central coordinator for operational processes. This role ensures follow-through on actions, maintains management systems, organizes critical information, and supports operational decision-making through reporting and analysis. The position coordinates production schedules, documents meetings, maintains action registers, supports root cause analysis processes, and prepares reports for the leadership team.
