Production Operative

A Production Operative ensures the mill runs at optimized efficiency while maintaining quality standards and UFAS requirements. The role involves operating intake, grinding, blending, pelleting, and packing processes, managing hygiene, and supporting shift engineers during maintenance. Candidates may also deputize for supervisors and assist with warehouse duties and vehicle loading.
