Production Planner

The Production Planner develops and maintains production plans that align customer demand, inventory availability, material requirements, and production capacity. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, Logistics, and Quality teams to manage production priorities, monitor backlog and capacity, and proactively address material shortages or delays. The position also ensures accurate production planning data in NetSuite and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
