Production Supervision

This role provides leadership and training to accomplish production objectives across safety, quality, packaging, and maintenance. The position coordinates production activities with other departments to ensure goals are met efficiently while monitoring shift performance and key performance indicators. It involves acting as the primary contact for production issues, directing maintenance troubleshooting, and promoting lean techniques like 5S on the shop floor.
