About this role
The Production Supervisor will lead production operations for the new IKO Fiberglass Mat Plant in Chester, SC, participating in the plant build preparations and then directing the production start-up. The role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacture of IKO Mat Tech rolls. The position requires experience with high-speed manufacturing and employee engagement during ramp-up of a greenfield facility.
