About this role

The Production Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Sonny V2 production line, directly supervising a team of assembly and test technicians to deliver high-quality robots on schedule. This floor-first role involves building alongside the team, developing repeatable manufacturing procedures, and growing the production cell from prototype builds to full-rate production. The position requires close collaboration with Hardware and Production Engineering teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

Supervise assembly and test technicians to deliver high-quality robots on schedule
Lead prototype and pre-production builds to develop repeatable manufacturing procedures
Build Field Replaceable Units and spare-parts kits to support the deployed fleet
