About this role

As a Production Support Analyst on eBay's Global Payments Operations Tech team, you will ensure the stability and scalability of critical Payments, Billing, Collections, and Finance systems. The role focuses on modernizing production support through observability, automation, and AI integration to improve system resiliency and speed up incident response. You will partner with engineering and operations teams to implement intelligent triage workflows, manage production releases, and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
