Production Support Engineer

Avantos AI is seeking a technical coordination and client advocacy professional to own production issues from detection through investigation, routing, and client communication, to shepherding the fix through UAT into production. This role involves monitoring intake channels, triaging and classifying issues, establishing root causes, and maintaining synchronization between internal and client-facing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical literacy, experience with observability tools, and exceptional organizational skills to manage complex workflows across multiple platforms.
