This role serves as the Incident Commander for a live SaaS platform, making real-time production recovery decisions when systems fail and customers are affected. The position requires technical depth to investigate issues independently and the judgment to determine the fastest safe recovery path while directing involved teams. It is a permanent night-shift, individual contributor role based onsite in Taguig City.
