Production Technician

This role supports the 2nd shift at a manufacturing technology company focused on advanced composites production for aerospace, defense, and robotics. The position involves preparing and maintaining tooling, laying up parts, bagging and curing components, and performing demolding and finishing tasks. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in prepreg composites manufacturing and a strong ability to solve problems quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
