Professional Development Facilitators at CommonLit are part-time contractors who deliver on-site and virtual professional learning focused on the CommonLit 360 curriculum to schools and districts in the West Coast region. The role centers on supporting successful adoption and implementation of CommonLit 360 by building educator understanding and capacity. Facilitators deepen their expertise in CommonLit’s instructional tools and work closely with internal teams to align PD with the organization’s instructional program. This position involves significant regional travel and a flexible, seasonal workload tied to school and district needs.
