Professional Learning Facilitators

Transfr is seeking a Professional Learning Facilitator to deliver high-impact, in-person professional learning experiences that build educator capacity and help customers maximize the value of their immersive career exploration and workforce readiness solutions. The role involves tailoring training to specific needs within Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development, collecting feedback to improve training effectiveness, and serving as a communication bridge between customer needs and internal teams. This is a field-based independent contractor position requiring extensive travel across the U.S. to deliver onsite sessions at customer locations.
