About this role

As a Senior Implementation Manager at InterPayments, you will act as the primary point of contact for merchants and partners to ensure successful onboarding and system integration. This role serves as the bridge between sales, technical teams, and customers, managing complex payment gateway implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will diagnose technical issues, coordinate system integrators, and train clients while advocating for their needs within the company.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical implementations with external business partners and systems integrators
Diagnose API-level transaction issues and document solutions for the knowledge base
Manage customer onboarding lifecycles including training and go-live preparation
Act as a technical consultant for internal sales teams and external merchants
Escalate critical technical blockers and drive issue resolution across departments
