About this role
Proton is hiring a Professional Services Manager to own and scale customer implementations for its AI-native distribution software. You will lead a team of seven, manage onboarding from kickoff to go-live, and act as the primary bridge between customers and engineering. This is the company’s first Professional Services leader, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience.
