The Program Administrator leads both clinical and financial operations of Telecare Fern Lodge's behavioral wellness program, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and fiscal responsibility. This role oversees staff, manages budgets, and collaborates with corporate departments, state agencies, and community partners to support resident recovery and program effectiveness.
