About this role
The Business Operations Lead will join Airbnb's Global Markets team within the Chief Business Officer organization to support growth and optimization programs for the US West region. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic decisions, scale initiatives across supply, demand, and regulatory surfaces, and supports the Director, US West on high-impact projects. This position is remote-eligible but expected to be based in California (ideally San Francisco or Los Angeles) and may include occasional office or offsite attendance.
