Program Assistant

The Program Assistant observes, records, and responds to the comings and goings of guests, residents, participants, and staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. This role supports the program services team by providing trauma-informed assistance and serving the community through direct engagement and conflict resolution. The position is part of the Otto’s Place Enhanced Shelter program, which offers overnight shelter and intensive support services to individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
