About this role

The Program Control Manager supports Program Management Teams in the financial management of government contractor projects and programs. Key duties include developing budgets and forecasts, managing subcontractor costs, monitoring expenditures, and reporting financial performance to senior leadership. This role requires extensive experience with FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus contracts, along with expertise in systems like CostPoint.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Management Teams to develop and update project budgets and forecasts
Set up and maintain project workforce to manage labor charges and personnel ceilings
Monitor and review project expenditures for accuracy and identify deviations against budget
Support subcontractor cost management lifecycle including invoicing, payments, and accruals
Prepare client status reports and integrated program reviews regarding financial performance

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field8 years of Project/Program Control experienceExperience managing Program Control teamsFFP OTA experience preferred
