Program Controls

This role is accountable for the daily management and coordination of NYPA’s overall operations, including overseeing operational performance and directing the preparation of operating budgets and capital expenditure proposals. The position leads the direction and integration of project and program governance across the Operations Business Unit, ensuring strategic alignment and the efficient delivery of all work programs. The role involves conducting portfolio-level analysis, managing financial controls, and supporting business case completion for projects and programs.
