Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator role at St. Jude supports the Patient Family-Centered Care Manager within the Family, Guest, and Volunteer Services department. This position focuses on creating an excellent patient experience by coordinating program management activities, data tracking, and analysis to meet departmental goals. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and connecting patient and family advisers with meaningful opportunities to share their lived experience. It also ensures that engagement is coordinated, respectful, and meaningful for all participants.
