About this role

The Program Cost Controls Analyst EBA at RTX supports Engineering Product Team Leads and Program leads in completing monthly Earned Value Management inputs, reporting, and analysis. The role involves facilitating Estimate at Complete and Latest Revised Estimate inputs, performing detailed financial analysis, and preparing forecasts to drive predictable cost and schedule results using APEX/SAP EV and other management tools.

Responsibilities

Support creation of Estimates at Complete and Latest Revised Estimates quarterly and monthly
Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis to budget baseline and schedule positions
Prepare forecasts and monitor actual costs while documenting variances to plans
Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs and variance reporting
Demonstrate self-sufficiency in operating within a team environment to meet program financial commitments
