Program Engineer

The Program Engineer serves as the liaison between the customer and Cooper Standard to create and maintain vehicle component designs that meet functional, timing, and cost targets. This role oversees all engineering activities for assigned programs, including design reviews, 3D data, prototypes, and validation testing. The position requires technical representation across various stages of product development and collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
