Think Together
Program Leaders work with an assigned group of 20-25 students in an in‑person setting, providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity while maintaining safety and behavior standards. The role involves serving as a positive adult role model, creating an engaging environment, and communicating student needs to staff and parents.
Our mission is to partner with schools to Change the Odds for Kids through expanded learning programs in California.
