Program Leader

The Program Leader at the Bayshore School-Based Club provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth participants, primarily ages six to 18, while overseeing departmental operations and managing groups of children. This role involves creating and leading engaging after-school programs, developing age-appropriate lesson plans, and serving as a positive mentor to foster youth development and character growth. The position requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure program goals are met and standards of mutual respect are maintained within the Clubhouse.
