Think Together
The Program Leader serves as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor for a group of 20-25 students in an in-person setting. This part-time position focuses on providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The role requires implementing behavior management strategies and supporting student growth and development.
Our mission is to partner with schools to Change the Odds for Kids through expanded learning programs in California.
