Think Together
The Program Leader works part-time in-person with a group of students in California, acting as a positive role model, coach, and mentor to support their growth and development. This role involves leading students in an engaging environment, providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity while maintaining high standards for behavior and safety. The position requires strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing atmosphere for student success.
Our mission is to partner with schools to Change the Odds for Kids through expanded learning programs in California.
