Think Together
The Program Leader works with an assigned group of students in an in-person setting, acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. This part-time position focuses on providing a safe and nurturing environment to support student growth, development, and academic success. The role involves leading students, maintaining behavior standards, and fostering a sense of belonging.
Our mission is to partner with schools to Change the Odds for Kids through expanded learning programs in California.
