Program Manager, Elevate APP Program (Hybrid)

Westside Family Healthcare is seeking an organized Program Manager to support the launch and ongoing operations of its new Elevate APP Program, focused on building a pipeline of Advance Practice Providers in Federally Qualified Health Centers and rural areas. The role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and communications to ensure a successful launch of the inaugural cohort in September 2027. Additionally, the Program Manager will coordinate the APP learner pipeline, maintain relationships with academic institutions, and support precepting training to build a strong teaching workforce.
