The Program Manager for Substance Use and Harm Reduction coordinates campus-wide substance use prevention, education, and harm reduction programming for the University of Maryland. The role manages grant-funded initiatives, oversees distribution of harm reduction resources, and supervises a Coordinator while reporting to the Director of Substance Use Services. The position partners across university units to align prevention, outreach, policy, and recovery support for undergraduate and graduate students.
