Program Manager

This position provides direct oversight of the day-to-day operations of Lucy's Hearth's Permanent Supportive Housing program, including safety protocols, client participation, grant implementation, quality management, staff supervision, and program development. The role is based in Middletown, RI, and supports scattered-site apartments throughout Newport County while collaborating with landlords and property managers to maintain housing stability. Additionally, the individual serves on the Rhode Island Continuum of Care to support community partnerships and housing initiatives.
