About this role

The Program Manager, Production Planning drives production execution and planning strategies to support customer demand, on-time delivery, and operational excellence. This role leads cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and Program Management teams to ensure production readiness, material availability, and schedule adherence. The position serves as a key stakeholder in production planning processes, inventory management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the Master Production Schedule to support customer demand
Forecast capacity and labor requirements based on production demand and business objectives
Manage WIP inventory performance and drive adherence to monthly inventory goals and operational metrics
