About this role

This role serves as a key team member in planning and executing aerospace development and modification programs, coordinating all aspects of a US government contract compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS). The position involves facilitating program set-up, baselining, change control, and financial analysis while ensuring alignment between Program Planning and Control (PP&C) and scheduling functions. The incumbent supports risk identification, proposal development, and customer reporting to maintain project integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage Earned Value Management System execution and ensure compliance with EVMS guidelines
Develop and maintain Performance Measurement Baseline and Work Breakdown Structure
Generate cost and schedule performance reports including variance analysis and estimate-at-completion
