Program Staff

This role supports the leadership and advocacy work of the Young Women's Freedom Center by building relationships with directly impacted youth and providing individualized support, advocacy, and healing-centered engagement. The position involves conducting assessments, facilitating leadership programs, and coordinating with community partners to help participants strengthen their voice and exercise self-determination. Staff members also contribute to organizational campaigns, maintain program data, and ensure cohesive support for youth navigating systems like juvenile justice and foster care.
