Self-Determination Coordinator

The Self-Determination Coordinator supports young women, girls, and gender-expansive youth in their healing journeys by providing peer-based, restorative justice frameworks and advocacy. The role involves conducting intakes, developing life maps, connecting youth to community resources, and facilitating leadership and self-determination programs. This position ensures that participants have the space, resources, and support needed to navigate systems and build their own power and voice.
