Program Success Coordinator

The Program Success Coordinator ensures participants, cohorts, and churches successfully progress through the Congregational Leadership Certificate Program by nurturing partnerships and maintaining high-touch relationships. This role oversees participant-facing services, including admissions, cohort engagement, learning support, and program logistics, to deliver an exceptional experience from inquiry to certificate completion. The position supports theological education and leadership development initiatives while collaborating with program directors, marketing specialists, and congregational leaders.
