The Programme Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of Infrastructure & Operations deliverables in support of IG's wider Transformation programme. This role acts as the critical link between Product Managers, Enablement teams, and external delivery partners, ensuring that infrastructure and operational workstreams are delivered on time, to quality, and in a way that enables the broader transformation agenda to succeed. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and clear, confident communication across technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organisation.
