Programs Manager

The Programs Manager develops, directs, and manages all aspects of programming at the Minneapolis and St. Paul Bouldering Project locations, including youth programs, summer camps, and birthday parties. This role oversees program development, staff management, logistics, and risk management to ensure a supportive and high-quality experience for all participants. The position requires collaboration with the management team and leadership of program staff to maintain operational excellence and community engagement.
