Head Coach

The Head Coach leads Bouldering Project’s youth competitive climbing program by implementing training curricula and developing individualized athlete plans. This role involves coaching youth climbers, managing the coaching team, and supporting athletes at regional, national, and international competitions. The position ensures a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment while maintaining consistent communication with athletes, families, and stakeholders.
