Project 10: Mining the functional microproteome landscape using thermal proteome profiling (Petra Van Damme)

This doctoral fellowship focuses on characterizing the functional landscape of microproteins in Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium using thermal proteome profiling. The role involves developing standardized protocols, integrating data with protein structure prediction, and validating interactions to build a comprehensive interaction map. The position is part of the ORFeus Doctoral Network and includes a secondment at Bruker.
