The Project Administrator provides administrative support to Project Managers, handling document control, procurement tracking, and coordination of project documentation throughout all phases from mobilization to closeout. This role ensures organized filing, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and assists with permits, insurance, and subcontracts to maintain efficient project operations.
