The Legacy Project US
The Virtual Construction (VC) Lead Specialist is responsible for executing high-level modeling and coordination of mechanical systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms, primarily Revit. This role requires deep technical expertise in mechanical systems, a fabrication-level mindset, and advanced proficiency with BIM software tools to ensure model accuracy against contract documents and project specifications. The position involves collaborating with internal project teams, field superintendents, engineers, and outsourced modelers to maintain project continuity, quality, and efficiency across multiple projects.
