Project Administrator

The Project Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the assigned Project Manager/Buyer Liaison at Atlantic Fields in Hobe Sound, FL. This role manages day-to-day project paperwork in Procore, including budgets, RFIs, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, while ensuring the construction office runs smoothly. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
