Project Assistant

The Project Assistant provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of project activities under the EU Regional Support Protection Sensitive Migration Management Systems in the Western Balkans Phase IV. The role involves liaising with governmental authorities, international institutions, and NGOs, as well as managing project data, budgets, and documentation. The incumbent will also organize meetings, draft reports, and respond to information requests to support the project's objectives.
