Project Coordinator, Interior Branding

The Project Coordinator, Interior Branding supports the successful delivery of branded environment projects by keeping schedules, documentation, vendor activity, and project communications organized from planning through closeout. This role works closely with Project Management, Account Management, Design, field partners, and Accounting to ensure customer requirements, milestones, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and completed across multiple locations. The position plays a key support role in keeping projects moving, information accurate, and internal and external partners aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
