Project Coordinator

Under the direction of the Sr Customer Experience Programs Manager, this role coordinates project activities and tracking for multiple projects within the Customer Experience department. The position assists in developing standardized procedures and project plans while managing budget control, project dashboards, and vendor relationships to enhance terminal operations and customer experience. The ideal candidate will utilize project management tools to organize initiatives, maintain schedules, and communicate updates to leadership and key personnel.
