This role ensures projects remain organized, compliant, and progressing efficiently from commencement through close-out by coordinating with the Director of Construction, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. The position involves managing vendor compliance, accounts payable, job cost tracking, and project documentation to support daily operations.
